The Coach House is a brand-new holiday accommodation situated next to Dovedale Manor, Tissington.
The building has been stylishly designed and will feature 4 bedrooms 3 of which are en-suite with the capacity to sleep up to 9 guests in total. There is a separate, shared kitchen, living room and dining area that can comfortably accommodate for up to nine guests to use and enjoy together.

Living Space
Designed to let the outside in, the living space in The Coach House is bright and airy with 3 bi fold full length windows. Relax on one of the 3 modern sofas looking over onto a picture perfect view of Dovedale in The Peak District. The living room comes with a Smart TV. On those cooler nights the Coach House is fitted with underfloor heating throughout the living room.
Kitchen and Dining
Find everything you need for cooking for all members of your group, the kitchen has an oven and a 4 ring hob with pull out extractor fan, a microwave a dishwasher, a freezer, and a sink with waste disposal unit. There is also a utility room that houses a fridge and a washing/drying machine.
Pots, pans and culinary equipment are provided in the kitchen, if you require a certain utensil please let us know beforehand. All glasses and cutlery can be found in the wooden storage unit next to the front door.
A large timber dining table is provided with chairs for all guests to eat together.
The kitchen and dining areas in The Coach House have underfloor heating.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The Coach House has 4 bedrooms; bedrooms 1 and 2 both have three beds and are both en-suite. Bedroom 3 is ensuite and has one cosy bed that can be a twin. Bedroom 4 has a single bed. All bedrooms come with fresh linen and towels.
Bedroom 1 has a specifically designed disabled ensuite wet room as seen in photos, within the cottage there are two modern ensuite bathrooms fitted with showers and there is a bath.
Garden and Outdoor Space
The property sits on a plot amounting to more than five private acres of land. Guests have access to their own private green field for space and privacy to enjoy clean Peak District air whilst residing at the accommodation.
The Coach House has an attached patio with outdoor dining table and chairs, sun loungers and a BBQ provided, there is a gated children’s play area.
Parking
Free parking is available to all guests on site during their stay at The Coach House at Dovedale Manor.
The car park is assessable through the timber gates via Buxton Road, the gates are coded, the access code will be given to the lead booker prior to move in.
Dovedale Manor and The Coach House have the same access gate.

Location
The Coach House at Dovedale Manor located on the same site as Dovedale Manor and is accessed through the same gate. This luxury group holiday accommodation is located in a stunning setting within the Peak District National Park. The closest village is Tissington which is about a 15 minute walk away, the picturesque village is home to Tissington Hall a spectacular Jacobean Hall, the hall has a tearoom that serves breakfast and lunch. The village also has a butcher and a gorgeous little English Sweet Shop.
Ashbourne is the nearest large town about a 10 minute drive away, here you will find an abundance of pubs, restaurants and shops including two supermarkets.
Other recommended towns and villages very close by are; Ilam, Milldale, Alstonefield and Parwich
Dovedale National Park, one the Seven Natural Wonders of the UK is within walking distance where you can have a day relaxing by the river and crossing The Stepping Stones or hiking Thorp Cloud mountain.
20 minutes away is Carsington Water, a reservoir open to the public with so many activities to do such as walking, cycling, bird watching, fishing and water sports, including kayaking, windsurfing, sailing and paddle boarding.
