Exclusive Use of Dovedale Manor and The Coach House at Dovedale Manor, a 13 En-suite Bed Country House and a 4 Bed Cottage for Up to a Maximum 47 Guests
Both properties on the same plot in Tissington; Dovedale Manor and The Coach House at Dovedale Manor can be rented by one group.
Living Space
The properties living rooms are bright, open and provide great spaces for entertaining large groups. There are 7 sofas in The Manor’s living room and 3 in The Coach House. Both properties have flat screen smart TVs in the living rooms and both have underfloor heating. Dovedale Manor has two air conditioning units in the ceiling that provide hot or cold air.
Kitchen and Dining
In total both properties kitchens provide you with 12 hob rings, 3 large ovens and 3 microwave ovens, for food storage there are 4 full sixed fridges and 2 freezers. More than enough pots pans and culinary equipment are provided in both kitchens, if you require a certain utensil, please let us know beforehand.
In terms of plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, and cutlery etc you will find this all stored in the units in or close to the kitchens. There are a total of 4 dishwashers provided.
Dovedale has 5 large dining tables, The Coach House has 1 extendable dining table.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Dovedale Manor has 13 bedrooms that all have private en-suite bathrooms and The Coach House has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are en-suite. The bedrooms offer a combination of showers and/or baths. All bedrooms have cosy sized beds, with fresh linen and towels.
There is a disabled wet room in bedroom 8 of The Manor and bedroom 2 in The Coach House.
Garden and Outdoor Space
The property sits on a plot amounting to more than five private acres of land. Guests have access to their own private green field for space and privacy to enjoy clean Peak District air whilst residing at the accommodation.
Both Dovedale Manor and Th Coach House have private outdoor areas with dining tables and chairs, sun loungers and a BBQ provided, there is a gated children’s play area.
Parking
Free parking is available to all guests on site during their stay at Dovedale Manor and The Coach House.
The car park is assessable through the timber gates via Buxton Road, the gates are coded, the access code will be given to the lead booker prior to move in.

Location
This luxury group holiday accommodation is located in a stunning setting within the Peak District National Park. The closest village is Tissington which is about a 15 minute walk away, the picturesque village is home to Tissington Hall a spectacular Jacobean Hall, the hall has a tearoom that serves breakfast and lunch. The village also has a butcher and a gorgeous little English Sweet Shop.
Ashbourne is the nearest large town about a 10 minute drive away, here you will find an abundance of pubs, restaurants and shops including two supermarkets.
Other recommended towns and villages very close by are; Ilam, Milldale, Alstonefield and Parwich
Dovedale National Park, one the Seven Natural Wonders of the UK is within walking distance where you can have a day relaxing by the river and crossing The Stepping Stones or hiking Thorp Cloud mountain.
20 minutes away is Carsington Water, a reservoir open to the public with so many activities to do such as walking, cycling, bird watching, fishing and water sports, including kayaking, windsurfing, sailing and paddle boarding.
