Belper Fringe will launch in 2020, bringing an exciting programme of events to Belper throughout the month of May. Embracing all forms of artistic expression, we hope to build on the visual, musical and theatrical arts extravaganza built up over several years, the Fringe will bring to Belper more fun, entertainment and more community heart.
